- Channels
- Calls and chat, according to scope. Specific messaging platforms, accounts, numbers and permissions are agreed before launch.
- Markets & delivery
- Serving Saudi business needs, with operational support from teams in Egypt. Contracting entity, team location and data access locations must be confirmed in the proposal.
- Languages
- Arabic and English scopes can be discussed. Saudi-dialect capability is validated for the proposed team; other languages require a separate availability check.
- Coverage
- 24 hours a day, seven days a week, throughout the month, including nights, Fridays and weekends, subject to agreed shifts, staffing and contract scope. Response targets are agreed for each service.
- Getting started
- Discovery → scope and responsibilities → access and training → readiness check → agreed launch → performance review. Dates depend on scope and readiness.
- Systems & integrations
- Existing tools are assessed first. No plug-and-play integration catalogue is promised; access, technical work and costs are scoped separately.
- Support & escalation
- The operating scope must name the daily owner, quality reviewer, client decision maker, escalation channels and review schedule.
- Boundaries
- Store policies, refund approvals, price exceptions and regulated decisions remain with the authorised client team unless explicitly delegated in writing.
- Evidence & certification
- Performance measures are not published achievements. This website does not claim ISO, SOC 2 or PCI certification, or Saudi-only data residency.
