1. Scope and contact
This notice covers the Marktone corporate website and its enquiry and career-interest forms. Marktone’s published Saudi Unified National Number is 7051436744. For privacy questions, choose “Privacy request” in our contact form. Client operations, employee records and the separate CRM are governed by their own agreements and notices.
2. Information you provide
Enquiries may include your name, business email, optional telephone number, organisation, service interest and message. Career applications include contact details, the selected language track, nationality, country and city of residence, residency status when living outside the country of nationality, education, language proficiency, years of call centre experience, preferred on-site or remote work, last and expected monthly salary and their currencies. Depending on the track, they may also include gender, age or date of birth and military-service status. Some tracks include an optional national ID number; you can leave it blank at this stage. You may also provide a CV/profile link and a short note. Application details are not publicly displayed. Do not upload identity documents, payment-card data or health records.
3. Purposes and choices
We use submitted information to assess and respond to your request, explore a business relationship, consider career interest or handle a privacy concern. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing. Any later marketing subscription requires a separate choice. Where consent is the applicable basis, you can withdraw it through the contact form without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Storage and service providers
Form submissions are stored in the website’s database. Website infrastructure is provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Infrastructure providers may process operational logs to deliver and secure the service. Submitting here does not automatically create a record in Marktone CRM. International processing arrangements and any client-specific transfer requirements must be assessed before a client operation is connected.
5. Retention and access
Access should be limited to authorised personnel handling the relevant request. Information should be retained only for the request, any resulting relationship and applicable record-keeping requirements, then deleted or anonymised. You may request a review of information held about you. Do not use this website as your sole record of an important submission.
6. Requests and updates
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, and raise an objection or concern. We may need proportionate identity verification before acting. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority. Material changes to this notice will be reflected in its update date.
